Finally Spring! This is my first official day back to work and I couldn't be more excited! This past month of recovery (from surgery) has really made me thoughtful, yet antsy. Knowing that there is no cure for cysts, as they are mainly created by your hormones...I understand that both diet and exercise (the two things that are a huge part of my life) play a major factor in keeping yourself healthy.

Spring is here, but as the warmth approaches (hopefully soon!), I'm paying more attention to getting rid of things versus acquiring a whole new wardrobe. Of course I'll pick up things that I can use to enhance what I already own, but I don't need the latest trends to feel stylish. I like to feel healthy and that's the best spring cleaning for me.
Balance is the best way to describe it.
Balance between work, play, sleep and your mind.
Putting good foods that your body can fuel itself on in and taking out the packaged processed foods that don't do anything for your body.
Meditation and getting your heart rate up.
A pair of spring/summer booties to wear with sundresses and a loose kimono top to transition into warmer temps.
